Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fncywin website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and fncywin (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use any services provided by fncywin.

fncywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in all matters of interpretation.
• fncywin operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players located in Bangladesh. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by fncywin in writing.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The services offered by fncywin are intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money gaming content on the Platform. 18+

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all users of fncywin:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on fncywin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Not a Self-Excluded Player: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, at the time of registration or during any period of active play on fncywin.
• Acting on Your Own Behalf: You must be accessing and operating your fncywin account solely for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.

fncywin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on fncywin, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information and to agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. fncywin employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gambling best practices. During verification, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

Regarding account security, the following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• fncywin will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify fncywin support at support@fncywin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• fncywin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• fncywin may, at its discretion, impose additional security measures including OTP verification for new device access, which you agree to cooperate with fully.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fncywin supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). fncywin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The following limits and conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals on fncywin:

• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. fncywin reserves the right to request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Pending Withdrawal Period: Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to 24 hours for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. This is a one-time security measure.
• Funds Integrity: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. fncywin reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment sources are detected.
• Dormant Account Balance: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

fncywin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (e.g., "30x bonus amount").
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire and be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before real-money funds are used. The game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• fncywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted by a player will be honoured subject to the original terms under which they were granted.
• Players who are found to have exploited bonus offers, whether through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method deemed abusive at fncywin's sole discretion, will have their bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at any time prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• fncywin may at any time request that a player provide documentation demonstrating eligibility for a bonus. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the bonus being withdrawn.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fncywin, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on fncywin, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with fncywin.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the Platform without genuine human participation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, chip dumping, or any other form of team play designed to exploit the house edge.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been obtainable. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using fncywin for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. fncywin will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of such activity.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language toward fncywin staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.

fncywin reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts in any case where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, fncywin may pursue civil or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fncywin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content, is the property of fncywin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes as permitted by these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the fncywin Platform without the prior written consent of fncywin.
• The fncywin name, logo, and all related brand assets are trademarks of fncywin. Unauthorised use of any fncywin trademark is strictly prohibited.
• Game content accessible through the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to fncywin for display on the Platform. All rights in such game content remain with the respective studios.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to fncywin may be used by fncywin without obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. The following conditions and procedures apply to account suspension and closure on fncywin:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your fncywin account at any time by contacting our support team at support@fncywin. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or such bonuses have been forfeited.
• Operator-Initiated Suspension: fncywin may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the Platform or other players.
• Verification Failure: If you fail to complete the required KYC verification process within the timeframe requested, fncywin may restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, until satisfactory documentation is provided.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of a fixed or indefinite duration by contacting support at support@fncywin. Self-exclusions are applied within 24 hours and, once activated for a fixed period, may not be reversed until the period has elapsed.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 24 consecutive months may be closed by fncywin. Players will be notified at the registered email address prior to closure, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the last-used payment method.
